Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Istanbul Tuzla – Hotel near airport in Istanbul

The hotel had convenient rooms with a small balcony and a spacious bathroom, but not exactly what I wanted. The service was friendly and welcoming, although there were some language issues. The location was great if you are traveling from Sabiha Gokcen airport, but far from main attractions. The dining experience was generally good, although service was slow. The hotel had some nice facilities but was kind of isolated around the area.

The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms that are spotless, with a large balcony, providing excellent sound insulation. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and the swimming pool adds to the enjoyable stay. However, the noise from outside could occasionally disrupt the peaceful ambiance.

The hotel has very spacious and warmly decorated rooms with a good design, but my first room was really noisy at 27 degrees, and it was not clean at check-in, with lots of dust. The service was extremely rude and untrained, especially regarding room service, car hire, and housekeeping. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions in Istanbul, and it's near the airport and viaport outlet mall with a free shuttle service. The dining experience was mixed, with a varied buffet but some disappointment with the full option buffet. The facilities, however, were well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were really big and had a beautiful terrace with amazing views, which I loved. However, the breakfast room seemed chaotic and not well-maintained after what had happened. The bedding was dirty and of poor quality, and some staff members were rude.

The hotel offers a mix of advantages and drawbacks. Despite the very basic and quite small rooms showing signs of wear and tear, the security at the entrance is reliable, and the free airport shuttle is convenient. Having three beds in a room is a plus, but the cracked floors and malfunctioning TVs were disappointing.
